Love & Service Party

The month of February is the perfect time to celebrate and show love! One Saturday morning, we had a small gathering over to decorate cards for the nursing home. Belle and her friends really put some thought into their Valentines, but John was mainly interested in the party for the food. After arriving at Bayview Nursing home, however, John was just as eager as the girls to pass out his blue Valentines, which he insisted on stashing in his backpack. All of the children brought many smiles to the residents that day, and I was proud of how well they behaved. I love being able to combine fun & service opportunities!
