We ate, sang, read, recited, shared stories, played games and passed out Valentines. Even little James got to show off his new skills for the grands. It was a nice change of pace from our normal routine, and the kids loved having company. I think we have found another annual tradition for our school, but daddy suggested we scale it down next time. I thought I had kept it simple, but apparently it was a little long. Guess no one would want to join us on a normal boring day then! :)
Just blogging about our family and homeschooling endeavor as we seek to have joyful hearts for His glory! "A joyful heart is good medicine..." Prov 17:22

Grandparents Day
My kids are incredibly blessed with wonderful grandparents and great grandparents. They are all amazingly supportive, loving, and generous. We really wanted to show them a small token of our appreciation, so we invited everyone over for a Grandparents breakfast followed by a sneak peek of our homeschool day.
