Downtown Savannah

While Grandpa was at a work conference, we met up with Grammie for a nice afternoon in downtown Savannah. She treated us to a trolley tour, which was a really nice way to get to several spots without a lot of walking. The kids really enjoyed exploring Forsyth Park, even though their silliness really started to surface by the fountain. After hearing about praline candy in a book we often read, Belle and John were delighted to finally get to try a piece. We all appreciated the unique charm of Savannah and our short visit with Grammie.

Belle really liked the above view and the "golden roof"
